マンション発売 首都圏、4ヶ月連続増
不動産経済研究所15日発表
5月マンション市場 首都圏(東京、神奈川、埼玉、千葉)
新規発売戸数 3779戸 前年同月比7.1%増
4ヶ月連続増は2004年7月迄の4ヶ月以来5年10ヶ月振り。
契約率77.0% 2年前の2008年5月比では1割低い水準
5月末時点販売在庫は5671戸 5ヶ月連続減
1年前の水準より3000戸減少
